1. Introduction
Welcome to Chandra Varan Aerologistix Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://chandravaranaerologistix.com/ (the “Site”), and the procurement of any services, aircraft parts, consumables, or solutions from us.
By accessing our Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chandra Varan Aerologistix Pvt. Ltd.
2. Description of Services
We are a DGCA-approved Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) organization specializing in aviation solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Supply of aircraft parts (OEM & PMA), components, and consumables.
- Comprehensive aircraft interior solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, painting, and deep cleaning.
- Supply of certified aviation-grade interior raw materials.
- 24/7 AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support and logistics.
All services and products are provided in accordance with applicable DGCA regulations and industry standards.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site for lawful and professional purposes only. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Chandra Varan Aerologistix Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
4. Quotes, Orders, and Payment
- Quotes: All quotes provided by us are valid for the period specified in the quotation (e.g., 30 days). Prices are subject to change based on market availability and manufacturer costs.
- Orders: All Client orders, typically submitted via a Purchase Order (PO), are subject to acceptance by us. An order is only considered binding once we have issued a formal Order Acknowledgement.
- Payment: Payment terms shall be specified in our invoice (e.g., Net 30 days, or payment in advance). We reserve the right to require a deposit or full advance payment for new clients or large orders. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
- Taxes & Duties: All prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs charges. The Client is solely responsible for the payment of all such charges.
5. Parts Supply & Logistics
- Certification: We warrant that all parts and components supplied will be accompanied by the appropriate certification as specified in the PO (e.g., DGCA Form One, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or Certificate of Conformance).
- Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all parts are shipped Ex-Works (EXW) our facility in Delhi, India. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
- AOG Support: For AOG orders, we will use our best efforts to dispatch the part as per the agreed-upon timeline. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Returns: Parts may only be returned subject to our prior written authorization. A restocking fee may apply. Parts must be returned in their original, un-installed condition with all original certification and packaging.
6. MRO & Interior Services
- Scope of Work: All maintenance and interior services will be performed in accordance with a mutually agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW) and in compliance with all applicable DGCA regulations.
- Client’s Responsibilities: The Client must provide accurate technical data, access to the aircraft or components, and timely approvals as required for the project.
- Redelivery: Upon completion of the services, the Client or its designated representative shall inspect the work. The work shall be deemed accepted upon signature of the final release documents.
7. Warranty
We provide a warranty only for the services we perform. Our warranty for services is limited to the correction of defects in our workmanship.
For parts, components, and raw materials, we pass on the original manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty to the Client. We provide no separate or additional warranty. Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the defective part.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chandra Varan Aerologistix Pvt. Ltd. be liable to the Client for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, cost of a substitute aircraft, or damages from flight delays, arising out of the performance or non-performance of our services or the supply of parts.
Our total liability for any and all claims arising from a specific order or service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific order or service.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chandra Varan Aerologistix Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, and employees from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client’s use of the parts or services, or from any breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties agree that the competent courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
